My name is Brittney Johnson, and I am a licensed massage therapist. Oregon License #25091. I graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon. Since graduating, I have been able to help people relax, destress, and guide their body in moving the way it is intended to. I am extremely grateful that you are allowing me on your journey, whether that be through pain or just maintenance for your body. Every session is about the client, always. Cancellation Policy
In order to be effective and fair to all clients, and out of consideration for my time, I have adopted the following policies:
• Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full massage session.
• Late arrivals will lose the time they are running behind. For example, if you schedule for 1 pm, but are 15 minutes late, your session will still end at 2 pm and you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
• You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours proceeding your appointment.
• Cancelations made less than 24 hours of their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
• All gift certificates expire on the date marked on the certificate, and dates are not extended.
If you do not call or cancel your appointment within the 24 hours proceeding your appointment, or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled appointment.
Anyone who forgets or forgoes their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no show". They will be charged for their missed appointment.
